Common use of TIME OF COMMENCEMENT AND COMPLETION Clause in Contracts

TIME OF COMMENCEMENT AND COMPLETION. The Contractor agrees to commence work under this Agreement by no later than November 8, 2024, and to fully complete all work by no later than July 18, 2025.

TIME OF COMMENCEMENT AND COMPLETION. The Contractor agrees to commence work under this Agreement in accordance with the applicable Proposal (Exhibit A) by no later than November 8January 4, 2024, 2021 and to fully complete all work by no later than July 181, 20252021.
