Common use of Time of Conveyance Clause in Contracts

Time of Conveyance. The Town shall transfer the Lease and possession to HES Site to Developer at the time and date of the Closing. The Closing shall take place at the Closing Location, at 10:00 a.m. local time, or at such other time and place as may be agreed upon in writing by the Town and Developer on a date ("Closing Date") that is within twenty (20) Business Days after satisfaction of the Closing Conditions precedent as set forth in Article V of this Agreement (except the conditions to be satisfied at or as part of the Closing, and then when those conditions are ready to be satisfied at or as part of the Closing).β€Œ
