Common use of TIME OF PROJECT Clause in Contracts

TIME OF PROJECT. 4.1 The ENGINEER will initiate work under this AGREEMENT following formal acceptance of this AGREEMENT by the OWNER. The ENGINEER agrees to provide services for the estimated duration of work, starting March 1, 2018 and concluding by November 15, 2018. 4.2 If the specific periods of time for services provided under this AGREEMENT are changed through no fault of the ENGINEER, the rates and compensation provided for herein shall be subject to equitable adjustment. 4.3 If ENGINEER’s services are delayed or suspended in whole or in part by the OWNER for more than three months through no fault of the ENGINEER, ENGINEER shall be entitled to an equitable adjustment of the rates and compensation to be paid herein.

The ENGINEER agrees to provide services for the estimated duration of work, starting March 1, 2018 within 10 days of signing this AGREEMENT and concluding by November 15, 2018within one year. 4.2 If the specific periods of time for services provided under this AGREEMENT are changed through no fault of the ENGINEER, the rates and compensation provided for herein shall be subject to equitable adjustment. 4.3 If ENGINEER’s services are delayed or suspended in whole or in part by the OWNER for more than three months through no fault of the ENGINEER, ENGINEER shall be entitled to an equitable adjustment of the rates and compensation to be paid herein.
