Time of Relocation. The City will expeditiously take such steps as necessary to facilitate the early adjustment of any Utilities, initiate the removal or adjustment of the Utilities, and proceed with reasonable diligence to prosecute this work to completion. The City further agrees to move or adjust or cause to be moved or adjusted all necessary Utilities, including those located within KDOT Right of Way, prior to the scheduled Letting except those necessary to be moved or adjusted during Construction and those which would disturb the existing street surface. The City will initiate and proceed to complete the adjusting of any remaining Utilities so that Construction is not delayed.
