TIME OF SEGREGATION OR DISTRIBUTION. Except as limited by Sections 6.5 and 6.6, whenever the Trustee is to make a distribution or to commence a series of payments on or as of an Anniversary Date, the distribution may be made or begun on such date or as soon thereafter as is practicable. However, unless a Former Participant elects in writing to defer the receipt of benefits (such election may not result in a death benefit that is more than incidental), the payment of benefits shall begin not later than the 60th day after the close of the Plan Year in which the latest of the following events occurs: (a) the date on which the Participant attains the earlier of age 65 or the Normal Retirement Age specified herein; (b) the 10th anniversary of the year in which the Participant commenced participation in the Plan; or (c) the date the Participant terminates his service with the Employer.
