Time of Services Clause Samples
The "Time of Services" clause defines when and over what period the contracted services are to be performed. It typically specifies start and end dates, deadlines for deliverables, or schedules for ongoing work, ensuring both parties are clear on timing expectations. By establishing a clear timeline, this clause helps prevent disputes over delays and ensures that the project progresses according to an agreed schedule.
Time of Services. The Consultant shall allocate the time required to complete the Services for the Customer in a professional manner. It is a material term of this Agreement that the Consultant shall complete the Services within the term set-out in Section 4 of this Agreement.
Time of Services. The Consultant shall devote such time and attention to the business of the Company as may be agreed to by the Consultant and the Company. The time of service to be provided hereunder by the Consultant shall be as agreed to from time to time by the Company and the Consultant. Subject to the obligations of the Consultant hereunder, the Consultant shall be free to offer services to any other person except where they may be a conflict of interest with the Company.

Time of Services. All Services are to be performed during regular business operating hours unless otherwise specified herein.

Time of Services. Section 5.1 The services of Consultant shall begin upon being notified to proceed by the City Project Director or his or her designated representative, and shall be prosecuted to completion with the necessary documents delivered to the City within the following periods:
1. The preliminary site planning and schematic design phase as described in Section 3.5 shall be completed within the time limit agreed upon by Consultant and City; however, in no case shall exceed 90 calendar days after issuance of the notice to proceed;
2. The design development phase as described in Section 3.6 shall be completed within the time limit agreed upon by Consultant and City; however, in no case shall this time exceed 90 calendar days after approval of the preliminary site planning and schematic design phase;
3. The preparation of Construction Documents as described in Section 3.7 shall be completed within the time limit agreed upon by Consultant and City; however, in no case shall this time exceed 90 calendar days after approval of the design development phase by the City;
4. In any event, all services prior to bid opening shall be completed and all materials delivered to City as provided in Section 3.8 within the time limit agreed upon by Consultant and City; however, in no case shall this time exceed 200 calendar days after notice to proceed, exclusive of times for City reviews; and
5. Services of Consultant after opening of a bid such as checking of shop drawings, construction visits and conferences shall continue until construction has been essentially completed.
Section 5.2 The Consultant shall submit a Progress Schedule to be approved and included in the attached Professional Services Proposal. The Progress Schedule is to outline the dates the Professional Service tasks will begin and be completed by. Since time shall be of the essence of this agreement, the Consultant agrees to satisfactorily complete all Professional Services and work within the time periods shown in the submitted Progress Schedule.
Time of Services. West Perth shall cause the Custodian to devote, on average, up to six (6) hours per week to Perth South of the Custodian’s time, attention and ability to the cleaning of Perth South municipal offices. Hours of service may be reasonably adjusted from week to week upon agreement between the parties. A schedule based on a month at a time will be provided to each party at the beginning of each month. Any changes will be communicated to each party.
Time of Services. The Consultant will be expected to devote ten (10) days per month to providing services to the Corporation under this Agreement. The time of such service by the Consultant shall be as agreed to from time to time by the Corporation and the Consultant. Subject to the obligations of the Consultant under this Agreement, the Consultant shall be free to offer services to any other person or organization, except where there may be a conflict of interest with the Corporation or where there would be a resulting violation of Section 4.06 hereof.

Client understands that additional charges may apply if venue is not available at the specified time.
