Time of Taking Annual Leave. 7.6.4.1. ‌ 7.3.1 Annual leave is taken at a time fixed by Council the organisation within a period not exceeding six (6) months from the right to annual leave accrued and after not less than two (2) weeks weeks’ notice to the employee. 7.3.2 Nothing contained in clause 7.3.1 shall restrict the taking of annual leave at a time or times agreed between the employer and the employees.
