TIME OF THE. ESSENCE 10.1 It is agreed that one of the reasons the Contractor was selected by the Owner for this Contract is the Contractor’s representation and covenant that it will attain Substantial Performance, Occupancy (if applicable), and Ready-for-Takeover within the Contract Time stated in Article A-1 of this Contract. 10.2 The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that it is responsible to marshal its resources and those of its Subcontractors and Suppliers in a manner which will permit timely attainment of Substantial Performance, Occupancy (if applicable),
