Common use of Time Off for Clause in Contracts

Time Off for. Any representative of the Union on this Committee, or his alternate, who is in the employ of the Employer, shall have of attending meetings of the Committee held within working hours without loss of remuneration, provided that the work site has reasonable notice.

Time Off for. Any representative of the Union on this the Labour-Management Relations Committee, or his alternate, who is in the employ of the Employer, shall have the privilege of attending Management Relations Committee meetings of the Committee held within working hours without loss of remuneration. Where permission has been granted to employees who are representatives of the Union to leave their employment to carry on collective bargaining with the Employer with respect to the renewal of this Agreement, provided that the work site has reasonable noticethey shall suffer no loss of pay while acting in such capacity.

Time Off for. Any representative of the Union on this Committeecommittee, or his their alternate, who is in the employ of the Employer, shall have the privilege of attending meetings of the Committee committee held within working hours without loss of remuneration, provided that the work site Senior Administrator has reasonable prior notice.

Time Off for. Any representative of the Union on this the Management Relations Committee, or his alternate, who is in the employ of the Employer, shall have the privilege of attending Relations Committee meetings of the Committee held within working hours without loss of remuneration, provided that the work site has reasonable notice.

Time Off for. Any representative of the Union on this the Bargaining Committee, or his alternate, who is in the employ of the Employer, shall have of attending the right to attend meetings of with the Committee Employer held within working hours without loss of remuneration, provided that the work site has reasonable notice.
