Time Slot. KTEH will broadcast the Program in a favorable time slot, which is appropriate to children's programming. Given the independent nature of U.S. public television station Programmers, KTEH cannot guarantee the time slot for the Program on other stations, but will use its best efforts to encourage other stations to utilize favorable time slots.

Time Slot. Radio hosts regularly fill the allotted time slot agreed upon with ORANGE 94.0 with content in adherence to the respective programme concept. Repeating of shows should only take place in exceptional circumstances. Should a show be repeated regularly, an agreement must be found with the programme coordination. Should an allotted time slot not be filled more than three times without prior notice, a programme can be taken off the air temporarily.

Time Slot. In order to stay diligent, courteous and ready for our next guests, we ask all Renters to be prompt in their arrival and departure times. The rental period must include all set up and clean up needed for your event. These hours apply to all vendors and caterers. If Renters exceed the pre-booked time period, the renter will be charged a fee of $50 plus $25 for every fifteen (10) minutes past.

  • Time Frame The bounded Party’s(ies’) duty to hold the Confidential Information in confidence shall remain in effect until such information no longer qualifies as a trade secret or written notice is given releasing such Party from this Agreement.
