Time to Complete. The Contractor shall complete all directed work as set out in Section 1.0 of this Contract within 45 working days from delivery of the Notice to Proceed and in accordance with Section 5.8 of this Contract unless extended by the City. The Contractor shall be responsible for removal of all Debris as defined by the RFP.
