Common use of Timely Access to Care Clause in Contracts

Timely Access to Care. Provider shall comply with the following. (a) Wait Time Standards. Provider shall meet NCDHHS standards for timely access to care and services, taking into account the urgency of need for services, and shall take corrective action to meet such timely access requirements where requested by Tailored Plan.
