For all non-recurring Federal funding, such as one-time grants and ARRA funding, Provider must submit any bills to DHS within thirty (30) days of the end of the quarter. In the event that Provider is unable, for good cause, to submit its bills within thirty (30) days of the end of the quarter, Provider shall so notify DHS within that thirty (30) day period and may request an extension of time to submit the bills. Section 16.3 of Part ONE is modified to add the sentence “Such actions may include steps necessary to initiate recoupment which may include offsets of future Medicaid reimbursement payments or other non-related state payments” to read as follows:
