Common use of Timely Billing Required Clause in Contracts

Timely Billing Required. Grantee must submit any payment request to Grantor within thirty (30) days of the end of the quarter, unless another billing schedule is specified in PART TWO or PART THREE. Failure to submit such payment request timely will render the amounts billed an unallowable cost which Grantor cannot reimburse.
