Timely Manner. HTS shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to conduct the Acceptance Test Procedures in a timely manner in co-operation with ExpressVu within the timeframe established in the ▇▇▇▇▇ Chart, provided that HTS shall be primarily responsible for ensuring that they are correctly carried out.
