Common use of Timely Notice Clause in Contracts

Timely Notice. Failure to timely provide such notice required by subsection (f) above shall entitle Warrantholder to retain the benefit of the applicable notice period notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any insufficient notice received by Warrantholder; provided, that, notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the failure to timely provide such notice or any defect therein shall not affect the validity of the corporate action required to be described in such notice.
