Timely Notification of Gaining Qualifications a Teachers will provide their employer with timely written advice along with documentary evidence of any changes to their professional qualifications which would bring about adjustment to the teacher’s classification. If a teacher does provide within six (6) months such written advice and documentary evidence of having met the requirements for being awarded the qualification then payment for the variation will be effective from the date of meeting these requirements. b If a teacher does not provide within the timeline outlined above documentary evidence of having met the requirements for being awarded the qualification then the payment for the variation will be from the date of receipt of the documentary evidence from the teacher. c Documentary evidence must be an original or certified copy of an original document.

  • Upgrading Qualifications ‌ Where the Employer requires an employee to upgrade their skills or qualifications in order to operate or maintain new equipment, the cost of training and normal living and travel expenses as laid down in this agreement will be borne by the Employer.

  • Professional Qualifications It shall be a condition of continued professional employment that employees must apply for enrolment in their appropriate professional licensing body by the thirtieth day of continuous service.

  • Personnel Qualifications Contractor shall assign properly qualified and experienced personnel to the program contemplated under this Agreement, and Contractor shall use reasonable efforts to retain such personnel on Customer’s program for the duration of such program.

  • Organization; Good Standing; Qualification The Company is duly incorporated, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of the State of Delaware and is qualified or registered to do business in each jurisdiction in which the nature of its business or operations requires such qualification or registration.

  • Required Notifications Each Grantor shall promptly notify the Administrative Agent, in writing, of: (i) any Lien (other than Permitted Liens) on any of the Collateral which would adversely affect the ability of the Administrative Agent to exercise any of its remedies hereunder and (ii) the occurrence of any other event which could reasonably be expected to have a material impairment on the aggregate value of the Collateral or on the security interests created hereby.
