Timely Notification. If you do not notify ChargePoint on a timely basis (as reasonably determined in ChargePoint’s discretion) of the Hardware-related issue (e.g. inability to dispense energy) or impairments (can charge but impaired, limited or modified safe operation of the charger is required) as soon as you first become aware of such issue.
