Common use of Timely Review Clause in Contracts

Timely Review. If requested by Niagara Bancorp at Niagara Bancorp's sole expense, CNYF shall cause its independent certified public accountants to perform a review of its unaudited consolidated financial statements as of the end of any calendar quarter, in accordance with Statement of Auditing Standards No. 36, and to issue their report on such financial statements as soon as is practicable thereafter;
