Common use of Timely Submission of Reports and Compliance Clause in Contracts

Timely Submission of Reports and Compliance. If a Grantee has outstanding items due to the City (e.g., Corrective Action Plans/report/document/data input), as specified in any written form from HSH (e.g., Letter of Correction, Corrective Action Plan, and/or Appendix A(s), Services to be Provided of the Agreement), Grantee shall submit and comply with such requirements prior to or in conjunction with invoices. Failure to submit required information or comply by specified deadlines may result in HSH withholding of payments.
