Schedule and Completion The Pre-commencement Phase Services to be performed under this Contract shall commence upon the Effective Date of the Contract and be completed within 60 days thereafter. Activities on the Site shall commence on the date specified in the Proceed Order and shall be materially complete in accordance with established Milestones, and not later than the Material Completion and Occupancy Date.
Inspection and Approval ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that OUSD has the right and agrees to provide OUSD with the opportunity to inspect any and all aspects of the SERVICES performed including, but not limited to, any materials (physical or electronic) produced, created, edited, modified, reviewed, or otherwise used in the preparation, performance, or evaluation of the SERVICES. In accordance with Paragraph 3 (Compensation), the SERVICES performed by VENDOR must meet the approval of OUSD, and OUSD reserves the right to direct VENDOR to redo the SERVICES, in whole or in part, if OUSD, in its sole discretion, determines that the SERVICES were not performed in accordance with this AGREEMENT.
Completion of Concrete Pours and Emergency Work (a) Except as provided in this sub-clause an Employee shall nor work or be required to work in the rain. (b) Employees shall not be required to start a concrete pour in Inclement Weather. (c) Where a concrete pour has been commenced prior to the commencement of a period of Inclement Weather Employees may be required to complete such concrete pour to a practical stage and for such work shall be paid at the rate of double time calculated to the next hour, and in the case of wet weather shall be provided with adequate wet weather gear. (d) If an Employee’s clothes become wet as a result of working in the rain during a concrete pour the Employee shall, unless the Employee has a change of dry working clothes available, be allowed to go home without loss of pay. (e) The provisions of clauses 32.7(c) and 32.7(d) hereof shall also apply in the case of emergency work where the Employees concerned and their delegates agree that the work is of an emergency nature and can start and/or proceed.
NOTIFICATION OF PUBLIC EVENTS AND MEETINGS 17 A. CONTRACTOR shall notify ADMINISTRATOR of any public event or meeting funded in whole 18 or in part by COUNTY, except for those events or meetings that are intended solely to serve Clients or 19 occur in the normal course of business. 20 B. CONTRACTOR shall notify ADMINISTRATOR at least thirty (30) business days in advance of 21 any applicable public event or meeting. The notification must include the date, time, duration, location 22 and purpose of the public event or meeting. Any promotional materials or event related flyers must be 23 approved by ADMINISTRATOR prior to distribution. 24
Satisfactory Completion of Due Diligence The Company and the Shareholders shall have completed their legal, accounting and business due diligence of the Parent and the results thereof shall be satisfactory to the Company and the Shareholders in their sole and absolute discretion.
