Common use of Times for making representations and warranties Clause in Contracts

Times for making representations and warranties. (a) The representations and warranties set out in this Deed (including in this Clause) are made by the Chargor on the date of this Deed. (b) Each representation and warranty under this Deed is deemed to be repeated by the Chargor on each date during the Security Period. (c) When a representation and warranty is deemed to be repeated, it is deemed to be made by reference to the circumstances existing at the time of repetition.

(b) Each representation and warranty under this Deed is deemed to be repeated by by: (i) each Chargor which becomes party to this Deed of Accession, on the date on which that Chargor becomes a Chargor; and (ii) each Chargor on each date during the Security Period. (c) When a representation and warranty is deemed to be repeated, it is deemed to be made by reference to the circumstances existing at the time of repetition.
