Times for making representations and warranties. The representations and warranties set out in this Clause 14: (a) are made by the Borrower on the date of this Agreement; and (b) are deemed to be repeated by the Borrower on each day thereafter with reference to the facts and circumstances then existing.

The representations and warranties set out in this Clause 14:15 (Representations and Warranties):- (a) are made by the Borrower on the date of this AgreementAgreement Date; and (b) (with the exception of Clause 15.10 (Information Memorandum)) are deemed to be repeated by the Borrower on the date of each Request and the first day thereafter of each Interest Period with reference to the facts and circumstances then existing.
