Common use of Times for making representations and warranties Clause in Contracts

Times for making representations and warranties. The representations and warranties set out in Clause 18.1 (Representations and warranties) above: (a) (i) (except in the case of Clauses 18.1(v) (Information Memorandum) in the case of each Obligor which is a Party on the Signing Date are made on that date and on the first Drawdown Date; and
