Times for making representations. The representations in this Agreement are made as at the signing date of this Agreement and on each day during the Security Period. When a representation is repeated, it is applied to the facts and circumstances existing at the time of repetition.

Times for making representations. The representations set out in this Agreement (including in this Clause) are made as at on the signing date of this Agreement. Unless a representation is expressed to be given on a specific date, each representation under this Agreement and is deemed to be repeated on each day during of the Security Period. When a representation is repeated, it is applied by reference to the facts and circumstances existing at the time of repetitioneach such time, as if made at each such time.
