Common use of Timing and Compensation Clause in Contracts

Timing and Compensation. The Contractor shall perform the Services in the timeframe and for the compensation set forth in the Statement of Work. Unless otherwise indicated in the Statement of Work, Contractor shall be responsible for invoicing Trinity upon completion of the work. 2.1 Contractor shall be responsible for all costs and expenses incident to the performance of Services for Trinity, including but not limited to, all costs of equipment provided by Contractor, all fees, fines, licenses, bonds or taxes required of or imposed against Contractor and all other of Contractor’s costs of doing business. Trinity shall not be responsible for any expenses incurred by Contractor in performing Services for Trinity with the exception of those specifically identified in the Statement of Work (Exhibit A) applicable to the project.
