Timing and Manner of Distribution With Respect to Stock Units. Any Stock Unit credited to a Participant’s Stock Unit Account will be distributed in shares of Common Stock as it vests. The Participant or other person entitled under the Plan to receive the shares shall deliver to the Company any representations or other documents or assurances required pursuant to Section 6.4 of the Plan. Pursuant to Section 1.7 of the Plan, fractional share interests shall be disregarded, but may be accumulated. The Committee, however, may determine that cash, securities or other property will be paid or transferred in lieu of fractional share interests.
