Timing of Actions. Prior to bringing any lawsuit or other claim, the parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute related to this Agreement or the Services by good faith mutual discussions lasting at least thirty days. Neither party shall file a lawsuit or other claim for any matter related to this Agreement or the Services more than 12 months after the date the cause of action arose.
