Common use of Timing of Class Notice Clause in Contracts

Timing of Class Notice. Class Notice shall commence on the Settlement Notice Date, which shall be no later than thirty (30) calendar days following entry of the Preliminary Approval Order. After Preliminary Approval and prior to the Settlement Notice Date, the Class Administrator shall establish the Settlement Website, which shall contain the Long Form Notice in both downloadable PDF format and HTML format with a clickable table of contents; answers to frequently asked questions; a Contact Information page that includes the address for the Class Administrator and addresses and telephone numbers for Class Counsel; the most-recent Class Action Complaint from the Actions; the Agreement; the signed Preliminary Approval Order; a downloadable and online version of the Claim Form; a downloadable and online version of the form by which Settlement Class Members may exclude themselves from the Settlement Class; and (when it becomes available) Plaintiffs’ application for Attorneys’ Fees and Costs and/or an application for Service Awards.
