Timing of Conveyances. Conveyances shall be made commencing 90 days after approval of the Restoration Work Plans and 60 days from the date Metroparks notifies the City in writing that all conditions precedent to its plans to proceed with the Manhattan ▇▇▇▇▇ Restoration Project have been satisfied, including, but not limited to, securing necessary governmental approvals to proceed with the Manhattan ▇▇▇▇▇ Restoration. All conveyances shall be completed within one year following approval of the Restoration Work Plan.
