Timing of Notifications. Recommendation (a) In 1995, the Committee agreed that when implementing the provisions of Articles 2.9.2, 3.2 (in relation to Article 2.9.2), 5.6.2 and 7.2 (in relation to Article 5.6.2), a notification should be made when a draft with the complete text of a proposed technical regulation or procedures for assessment of conformity is available and when amendments can still be introduced and taken into account. 52

  • Certain Notifications At all times from the date hereof to the Closing Date, each party shall promptly notify the others in writing of the occurrence of any event that will or may result in the failure to satisfy any of the conditions specified in Article 8 hereof.

  • Publication of Notices The Fiscal Agent shall, upon and in accordance with the instructions of the Issuer but not otherwise, arrange for the publication in accordance with the Conditions of any notice which is to be given to the holders of any Notes and shall supply a copy thereof to each other Paying Agent.

  • Required Notifications Each Grantor shall promptly notify the Administrative Agent, in writing, of: (i) any Lien (other than Permitted Liens) on any of the Collateral which would adversely affect the ability of the Administrative Agent to exercise any of its remedies hereunder and (ii) the occurrence of any other event which could reasonably be expected to have a material impairment on the aggregate value of the Collateral or on the security interests created hereby.

  • Forwarding of Notices If the Fiscal Agent shall receive any notice or demand addressed to the Issuer or Japan by the holder of a Security pursuant to the provisions of the Securities, the Fiscal Agent shall promptly forward copies of such notice or demand to the Issuer and Japan.
