Timing of Payment or Performance. In any case where any Quarterly Payment Date, redemption date or maturity date of any Note shall not be a Business Day, then (notwithstanding any other provision of the Indenture) payment of interest or principal (and premium, if any), as the case may be, need not be made on such date but may be made on the next succeeding Business Day with the same force and effect as if made on the Quarterly Payment Date, redemption date or maturity date; provided, however, that no interest shall accrue for the period from and after such Quarterly Payment Date, redemption date or maturity date, as the case may be. In addition, if the performance of any other covenant, duty or obligation is stated to be due or performance required on a day which is not a Business Day, the date of such performance shall extend to the next succeeding Business Day.
