Common use of Title and no Encumbrances Clause in Contracts

Title and no Encumbrances. evidence that the transfer of title to the Ship to which the Relevant Advance relates from the Builder to the relevant Borrower has been duly recorded with the relevant Registry free from Encumbrances other than Permitted Encumbrances;
