Common use of Title and Operation Clause in Contracts

Title and Operation. 1.1 This Agreement will be known as The University of Western Australia Academic Employees Agreement 2017 (Agreement). 1.2 This Agreement will commence operation 7 days after the Agreement is approved by the FWC. 1.3 The nominal expiry date of this Agreement will be 30 June 2021. However, this Agreement will continue to operate beyond the nominal expiry date until it is replaced or terminated. 1.4 The parties will endeavour to commence negotiations for a replacement Agreement no later than the nominal expiry date of this Agreement, unless otherwise agreed.
