Title and Operation. 1.1 This Agreement shall be known as the GenesisCare Oncology SA Patient Services and Radiation Therapists Enterprise Agreement 2023 (Agreement). 1.2 This Agreement shall start to operate on the first full pay period commencing 7 days after its approval by the Fair Work Commission (FWC) and shall remain in force until 1 April 2026 and thereafter in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) (FW Act). 1.3 This Agreement: (a) represents the consolidation of wages and conditions of employment for the Employees covered by this Agreement; (b) subject to subclause 3.2, constitutes the entire agreement between GenesisCare and the Employees as to its subject matter and, subject to subclause 28.2, supersedes all prior representations and agreements in connection with that subject matter; and (c) may only be altered or varied by agreement in accordance with the provisions of the FW Act. 1.4 The National Employment Standards (NES) shall prevail over this Agreement to the extent that the NES provides a more favourable outcome for an Employee.

1.2 This Agreement shall start to operate on the first full pay period commencing 7 seven (7) days after its approval by the Fair Work Commission (FWC) and shall remain in force until 1 April 2026 30 June 2025 and thereafter in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009 ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (Cth) (FW Act).
1.3 This Agreement:
(a) represents the consolidation of wages and conditions of employment for the Employees covered by this Agreement;
(b) subject to subclause 3.2, constitutes the entire agreement between GenesisCare and the Employees as to its subject matter and, subject to subclause 28.227.2, supersedes all prior representations and agreements in connection with that subject matter; and
(c) may only be altered or varied by agreement in accordance with the provisions of the Fair FW Act.
1.4 The National Employment Standards (NES) shall prevail over this Agreement to the extent that the NES provides a more favourable outcome for an Employee.
