Common use of Title and Position Clause in Contracts

Title and Position. Employee shall initially serve under this Agreement as General Manager, Yahoo! Music and Employee will initially report to ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Vice President and General Manager of Entertainment. In the event Employee receives a promotion during the term of Employee's employment, such new title and position will thereafter be Employee's title and position for the purposes of this Agreement.
