Title and Reporting. During the term of your employment with the Company, you will serve as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and its subsidiaries, and you will report directly to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. Duties and Responsibilities: You will have the duties and responsibilities that are normally associated with the position described above. In addition, you are hereby expressly permitted to continue to serve as an employee, executive officer, director or consultant of KLX Inc.
