Common use of Title and Reporting Clause in Contracts

Title and Reporting. Executive shall serve as the Company's Executive Vice President, Development and Consulting, and shall report to and perform the duties and responsibilities assigned to Executive by the Company's Chief Executive Officer (the "CEO").
