Common use of Title and Reporting Clause in Contracts

Title and Reporting. During the Actual Term, Cohl will (i) serve as the most senior executive of each of the Companies and shall have the title of “Chief Executive Officer” of each of the Companies and (ii) report to the Board of Directors (or similar governing body) of each Company (herein collectively called the “Boards” and individually, a “Board”). All employees of each of the Companies shall report directly to Cohl, unless otherwise directed by Cohl.
