Title Documentation. Executed originals of (i) an owner’s affidavit and gap indemnity substantially in the form of Schedule 9 attached to this Agreement and (ii) if requested by the Title Company in order to issue the Title Policy, copies of the organizational documents of Contributor and any required resolutions or consents.
