Common use of Title Files Clause in Contracts

Title Files. Promptly after the execution of this Agreement and until the Closing Date, Seller will permit Buyer to review at Seller's offices in Lafayette, Louisiana, or other locations upon reasonable request, all available title files, ownership maps, lease files, assignments, division orders, payout statements, agreements, and accounting and other information pertaining to the Assets.
