District). ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ was recorded as a protected tenant on the said land. 1.3 Gowmarapu Jangaiah became the owner of Ac. 4-38 gts., in Sy. No. 196 of Kowkur Village, by way of ownership certificate granted under Sections 35 and 37 of the Hyderabad Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act 1950. 1.4 After the death of G. Jangaiah, the revenue authorities have mutated the names of G. ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ (brother of G. Jangaiah) and G. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, son of G. Jangaiah as owners of Ac. 2- 19 gts., each by way of proceeding no. No6-19 gts., from ▇. 196 of Kowkur Village, Malkajigiri Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District (formerly R.R.
