Title Site Security Maintenance During and After Construction Sample Clauses

This clause establishes the responsibilities for maintaining the construction site’s security and upkeep both during the building process and after construction is completed. It typically requires the contractor to implement measures such as fencing, surveillance, and controlled access to prevent unauthorized entry, as well as to keep the site clean, safe, and in good repair throughout the project. After construction, the clause may also obligate the contractor to restore or maintain certain site conditions until final acceptance. Title Site Security Maintenance During and After Construction. Developer warrants that it owns, or will own, and has, or will have, good and marketable title to all materials, equipment, tools and supplies furnished, or to be furnished, by it and its Subcontractors that become part of the Project or are purchased for TxDOT for the operation, maintenance or repair thereof, free and clear of all Liens. Title to all of such materials, equipment, tools and supplies which are delivered to the Site shall pass to TxDOT, free and clear of all Liens, upon the sooner of: (a) incorporation into the Project, or
