Title to CONTRACTOR Clause Samples

Title to CONTRACTOR s portion of Crude Oil under Subsection 6.2.3 shall pass to CONTRACTOR at the Point of Delivery, or, in the case of Crude Oil delivered to GOI pursuant to Sub-section 5.2.20 or otherwise, at the Point of Delivery.
Title to CONTRACTOR s portion of Crude Oil under clauses 6.1.3 and 6.1.7 and clause 6.3.1 as well as to such portion of Crude Oil exported and sold to recover Operating Costs and the investment credit provided for in clause 6.1.7 shall pass to CONTRACTOR at the Point of Export, or, in the case of oil delivered to PERTAMINA pursuant to clause 5.2.15 or otherwise, at the point of delivery.
Title to CONTRACTOR furnished property shall remain in the Government. The SUBCONTRACTOR shall use CONTRACTOR -furnished property only in connection with this Subcontract. The Subcontractor shall assist CONTRACTOR in implementation of the Project Property Management Plan.

  • Title to Work Title to Work, materials and equipment covered by an approved Application for Payment will pass to the Owner either by incorporation in construction or upon receipt of payment by the Contractor, whichever shall occur first;

  • Notice to Contractor The Contractor is required to submit Certificates of Insurance acceptable to the State as evidence of insurance coverage requirements prior to commencing work under this Contract. Contractor shall not commence work under the contract until they have obtained all the insurance described below and the State has approved such insurance. Contractor shall maintain such insurance in force and effect throughout the term of this Contract, unless otherwise specified in this Contract The failure of the Contractor to provide a Certificate of Insurance, for the policies required under this Contract or renewals thereof, or failure of the insurance company to notify the State of the cancellation of policies required under this Contract shall not constitute a waiver by the State to the Contractor to provide such insurance. The State reserves the right to immediately terminate this Contract if the Contractor is not in compliance with the insurance requirements and retains all rights to pursue any legal remedies against the Contractor. All insurance policies must be open to inspection by the State, and copies of policies must be submitted to the State’s Authorized Representative upon written request.

  • Title to Personal Property Each of the Company and its subsidiaries has good and marketable title to, or have valid and marketable rights to lease or otherwise use, all items of personal property owned or leased (as applicable) by them, in each case free and clear of all liens, encumbrances, claims and defects and imperfections of title except those that (i) do not materially interfere with the use made and proposed to be made of such property by the Company and its subsidiaries or (ii) could not reasonably be expected, individually or in the aggregate, to have a Material Adverse Effect.

  • Title to Property The Company and its Subsidiaries have good and marketable title in fee simple to all real property and good and marketable title to all personal property owned by them which is material to the business of the Company and its Subsidiaries, in each case free and clear of all liens, encumbrances and defects except such as are described in Schedule 3(t) or such as would not have a Material Adverse Effect. Any real property and facilities held under lease by the Company and its Subsidiaries are held by them under valid, subsisting and enforceable leases with such exceptions as would not have a Material Adverse Effect.

  • Title to Goods passes to Buyer upon receipt of the Goods at the Buyer- designated location, whether it is an address of the Buyer or of any third party designated by Buyer.
