Common use of Title to Contributed Assets Clause in Contracts

Title to Contributed Assets. MDCM is in possession of and, has good, valid and marketable title to, or has a valid leasehold interest in or valid rights under contract to use, all of the Contributed Assets. All the Contributed Assets are free and clear of all liens except for Permitted Liens.
