Common use of Title to Contributed Assets Clause in Contracts

Title to Contributed Assets. On the Closing Date, except as set forth in Section 5.5 of the Disclosure Schedule, SFX will have (i) good, valid and marketable title to, or other legal right to use, all the Station Assets, free and clear of any Lien other than Permitted Liens, and (ii) the legal right to assign to the Company all the FCC Licenses, free and clear of any Lien other than Permitted Liens.
