Common use of Title to Installed New Equipment/Systems Clause in Contracts

Title to Installed New Equipment/Systems. Upon issuance of the Final Project Notification Approval, title to all New Equipment/Systems installed by Contractor pursuant to this Contract shall vest in FACILITY, or it’s designee, upon payment in full to CONTRACTOR in accordance with Section 4 and Schedule B-3: Payment‌ Terms, free and clear of any liens, encumbrances or claims as is, where is without any warranties either express or implied, except as provided in Schedule C-1: Extended Warranty and at no additional cost or charge to CUSTOMER.
