Common use of Title to Nonexpendable Property Clause in Contracts

Title to Nonexpendable Property. Title (ownership) to all nonexpendable property acquired with funds from this Contract shall be vested in the Commission and said property shall be transferred to the Commission upon completion or termination of the Contract unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Commission or unless otherwise specifically provided for in the Scope of Work.
