Title to System. The System and all components thereof including all cables shall at all times remain the property of the Grantee and the Grantor nor any of its employees, servants or agents shall not interfere with, alter, obstruct or remove the System or any component thereof. This Agreement does not give the Grantee any estate, right or interest in the Grantor’s Property except reasonable access for the purpose of constructing and/or maintaining said System.
