Title to Transaction Information Sample Clauses

The "Title to Transaction Information" clause establishes which party holds ownership rights over the data, documents, or records generated or exchanged during the course of a transaction. Typically, this clause clarifies whether the buyer, seller, or a third party retains title to information such as purchase orders, invoices, or proprietary data shared as part of the deal. By clearly assigning ownership, the clause helps prevent disputes over the use, disclosure, or control of transaction-related information, ensuring both parties understand their rights and obligations regarding such materials.
